What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate on the development and execution of engineering projects specifically related to steelmaking and remelting operations.
• Assist with project planning and implementation, including critical tasks such as data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Conduct technical research and thorough analysis to support ongoing engineering projects and new initiatives.
• Aid in equipment and process troubleshooting to effectively identify and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and deliver a presentation to management members detailing projects undertaken and lessons learned during the internship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program and have successfully completed a minimum of three (3) years of the program.
• Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant engineering software applications.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, ability to work with data and perform analytical information processing, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
• Bonus: Ability to work independently and be self-directed, adapting to a continuously changing work environment.
