What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Model Development: Assist in developing predictive models to optimize construction processes and project outcomes.
• Visualization: Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
• Experience: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R; Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bonus: Strong leadership skills and ability to operate effectively within a matrix management environment; Ability to work in a high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
