This is a hands-on opportunity designed to immerse you in the fundamentals of market research, email marketing, social media strategy, and campaign execution, all while collaborating with an award-winning team.

Responsibilities and Duties
(May include, but are not limited to)
- Market Research & Analysis: Assist with market research and competitor analysis, contributing valuable insights to inform client strategies.
- Kahn Media’s Accelerator Program Support: Provide support by contributing to brand audits, conducting research tasks, and compiling comprehensive findings.
- Email Marketing Coordination: Help coordinate email marketing campaigns, including organizing contact lists, drafting compelling copy, scheduling deployments, and reporting on performance.
- Social Media Contribution: Contribute to social media efforts for Kahn Media and TREAD, including brainstorming creative ideas, preparing detailed content calendars, and assisting with content creation.
- Award Submissions & Case Study Development: Support award submissions and case study development by organizing essential materials, drafting compelling content, and coordinating project timelines.
- Administrative & Project Support: Assist with administrative and project support to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Brainstorm Participation: Actively participate in team brainstorms, bringing fresh ideas and unique perspectives to the table.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Marketing Interest: Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital media.
- Social Media Understanding: Basic understanding of key social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently while effectively supporting a collaborative team environment.
- Marketing Tools (Plus): Familiarity with marketing tools such as email platforms, analytics dashboards, or project management systems is a plus but not required.
Bonus: Enthusiasm for the automotive, luxury, or outdoor industries is a significant advantage.
