This role is crucial for optimizing production processes and gaining hands-on experience within the manufacturing industry.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, Delano, MN
• Pay: $20 hourly (plus potential $3 shift differential and profit-sharing eligibility)
• Team: Manufacturing team
• Mission: Review product information and production routes to ensure efficient production processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Optimize: Update production routes and picture labels to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze: Conduct time studies and flow observations through work centers.
• Collaborate: Work with engineering, production, and procurement teams.
• Support: Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Ensure: Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solid mechanical aptitude.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Bonus: Prefer Juniors and Seniors in their degree program.
