What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a paid, 12-week part-time Management Internship program focused on hands-on retail management training.
• Business Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Menards’ business by working alongside General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
• Management Role Preparation: Be prepared to take on a management role in the near future through direct guidance and mentorship from the store leadership team.
• Skill Development: Develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills through practical, on-the-job training opportunities.
