The TL;DR
• Role: Contract to Hire
• Location: Ridgeville, SC
• Pay: $20 hourly
• Mission: To support the physical installation and maintenance of data center infrastructure, enabling critical technology services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cabling: Pull and route cabling throughout the data center facility.
• Rack Assembly: Assemble, stack, and drill racks according to specifications.
• Equipment Management: Scan, label, and port equipment as required.
• Installation Support: Support general installation tasks under the direction of experienced technicians.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, demonstrating trainability and a desire for long-term growth within an organization.
• Experience: Proven history of working in physically demanding environments, such as construction, skilled trades, or military service, coupled with a reliable attendance record.
• Skills: Pulling cable, Low voltage, Manual labour, Cat5 cabling experience, Electrical knowledge.
• Bonus: Valued experience includes hands-on electrical or military background, the ability to work safely on ladders and lifts, and a commitment to honesty and reliability.
