The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time

• Location: In-person, Cincinnati, OH
• Pay: $45,000 base salary annually + commission potential (increases to $55,000 after one year)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Understand Needs: Meet with hiring managers to comprehend their specific staffing requirements and needs.
• Source Professionals: Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to find qualified professionals effectively.
• Screen Candidates: Interview and check references for potential consultants, aligning their goals, skills, and interests with opportunities.
• Prepare Consultants: Effectively communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for their new roles.
• Build Relationships: Coach consultants for interviews, check in on their first day, and maintain communication throughout employment to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a preferred Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Preferred experience in customer service, leadership, or sales, including at least 6 months of sales experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated collaboration skills, strong interpersonal communication, verbal communication, and a desire to work in a performance-based environment.
• Bonus: Prior recruiting experience.
