Job Title: Entry Level Sales Recruiter/Account Manager

Job Summary

Join our team as an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee, where you will play a crucial role in advancing the careers of skilled professionals in engineering and sciences. You will build trusted relationships with consultants and corporate professionals, supporting their career goals and contributing to our vision of impacting lives through engineering and sciences efforts. This role offers the opportunity to own the full recruiting lifecycle within a developmental and winning culture.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure optimal alignment with opportunities.
  • Communicate work opportunities effectively and prepare consultants for their new roles.
  • Perform critical relationship-building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day of work, and maintaining communication throughout their employment to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintain and grow a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets.
  • Build trusted relationships with your network of professionals to be seen as a genuine partner in their career advancement.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months sales experience (preferred).
  • Recruiting experience (preferred but not required).

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: This position has a base salary with significant commission potential.

  • Initial Base Salary: $45,000 after an hourly paid 13-week training period.
  • Base Salary Increase: Increases to $55,000 after one year of employment.
  • Unlimited Commission Potential: Top 10% of recruiters earned an average of $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five (2021 data).
