Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Sales Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through strategic cold calling and direct outreach.
- Territory Management Support: Assist in managing territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to expand our customer base.
- Effective Service Demonstrations: Conduct compelling service demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively upselling solutions that meet client needs.
- CRM-Powered Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to meticulously track prospects and manage follow-up activities.
- Business Development Collaboration: Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Dynamic Team Environment: Participate in a competitive, sports-like atmosphere, challenging yourself and collaborating with teammates to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within 12 months) of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and a foundational understanding of sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong rapport with clients.
- Familiarity or proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret conversations and strategically guide clients through the sales process.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
- Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management is a plus but not strictly required.
