• Mission: Develop descriptive analytical reports and dashboards to drive business decisions and shape strategic initiatives.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft 365 applications, SQL, Power BI, relational and multidimensional database designs, various business intelligence platforms, software development technologies (Visual Studio preferred).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze user requirements to design functional specifications for business intelligence solutions and estimate the necessary effort.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to document user requirements for data, dashboards, and reports to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Solution Development: Design, develop, deploy, and document enterprise business intelligence solutions using common data architecture and data optimization approaches.
• Performance Optimization: Test, troubleshoot, evaluate, and improve the performance and accuracy of business intelligence artifacts.
• Analytics Support: Collaborate with and support business analysts across the enterprise by sharing best practice analytics strategies and techniques.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience or coursework in data modeling, requirements analysis, business analysis, data storytelling, and visualization is preferred.
• Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, SQL, and Power BI. Knowledge of relational and multidimensional database designs, warehousing processes and designs, various business intelligence platforms, and software development technologies.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Visual Studio.
