This role is crucial for engaging shoppers, showcasing products, and driving conversions directly at the point of sale.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Set up the event table, prepare, and serve food and non-food product samples using small appliances and utensils.
• Engage: Proactively intercept, interact with, and demonstrate products to consumers, effectively communicating features and benefits.
• Maintain: Ensure a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals, while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Execute: Achieve 100% execution on assigned work, including preparing for client visits and completing audit corrections.
• Report: Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the same day as the event execution, including expense reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); early career.
• Experience: One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred; ability to proactively sell products to consumers.
• Skills: Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device for company systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF; ability to learn and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Bonus: Local Food handlers permit may be required; bilingual skills may be beneficial.
