The Tone:
This is an internship at Enterprise, located in Kokomo, Indiana. Enterprise offers a program designed for university/college students to gain real-world professional experience in business management. This role focuses on helping interns build valuable business and leadership skills to stand out in their careers. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management.

The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Vehicle Management: Manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Customer Care: Take care of customers.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop marketing strategies.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Project Completion: Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program at a 4-year college or university, graduating between August 2026 – May 2027. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years. Ability to work 25-40 hours per week and a 10-12 week commitment with availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May 2026.
• Skills: No specific technical or domain skills are required as this internship focuses on skill development.
