What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting Examination: Examine events, campaigns, and product-specific performance reporting processes to make output more efficient through automation.
• Data Analysis: Explore repeatable ways to leverage automation and AI for exploratory data analysis to answer business questions.
• Process Improvement: Uncover opportunities and efficiencies within current workstreams and assist in project management, including documentation.
• Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team on reporting and analytics, preparing reports using automation and AI.
• Training Assistance: Assist in training on Marketing Operations processes and best practices if needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with an accredited University, focusing on Operations, Economics, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Experience: No specific years required. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Google platform.
• Skills: An analytical mind, a desire to uncover and develop efficiencies in processes, interest in processes and project management, strong written and verbal communication skills, precise attention to detail, and a proactive willingness to learn and contribute.
• Bonus: Experience with Tableau.
