The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time

• Team: Works as a key team member, collaborating with the Resident Solutions Architect (RSA).
• Mission: Design, implement, and manage HashiCorp enterprise solutions to drive digital transformation while ensuring governance, risk, and control objectives are met.
• Tech Stack: HashiCorp tool(s), Linux, Windows, AWS, Azure, GCP, various version control solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design & Execution: Collaborate with Resident Solutions Architects (RSA) on designing and executing implementation plans for HashiCorp tool(s) and their associated integrations within client engagements.
• Implementation & Management: Actively design, implement, and manage HashiCorp enterprise solutions, including assisting in the configuration of critical third-party integrations.
• Automation Development: Build automation solutions for the deployment, management, and ongoing operation of one or more HashiCorp solutions.
• Client Consulting & Education: Consult extensively with various customer application, platform, and operations teams on best practices for integrating their existing tools, applications, and services with HashiCorp tools, and educate individual contributors on system administration, automation, and observability.
• Documentation & Maintenance: Create essential support documentation, automation scripts, and runbooks, and assist in the application or execution of software patches and upgrades specifically for HashiCorp enterprise solutions in non-production environments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Proven operational experience with Linux and Windows systems, coupled with a foundational understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to work both effectively in group environments and independently, executing tasks based on a provided roadmap with minimal supervision. Exposure to and general understanding of at least one major public cloud service provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their common services.
• Skills: Strong ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, understandable terms to diverse audiences. Familiarity with common security and compliance requirements, enabling the delivery of secure and compliant solutions.
