Job Description

As an Entry Level Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing various online resources.
  • Build close partnerships with clients, helping their businesses grow by developing and delivering optimal solutions for attracting candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from the initial interview stage through to the offer.
  • Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.
  • “Hunt” for new business opportunities and lead generation.
  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, encompassing both existing relationships and new acquisitions.
  • Participate in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals.
  • Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.
  • Engage in a world-class training program and act as a participating Mentee to senior colleagues.
