This role is critical for supporting, optimizing, and maintaining the essential healthcare IT systems that drive clinical operations, ensuring their reliability and performance within hospital environments. You will work at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems to ensure smooth functioning.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Troubleshoot: Diagnose issues, perform upgrades, and maintain system stability to optimize clinical systems.
• Optimize: Test and improve clinical systems to ensure peak performance and reliability.
• Collaborate: Gather and translate clinical and operational requirements into effective technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Support: Provide system support, training, and documentation to empower healthcare teams in using technology effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience supporting or administering healthcare IT systems.
• Experience: Prior work with systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting, testing, and system optimization abilities.
• Skills: Capability to translate clinical workflow needs into system configurations for technical teams.
• Bonus: Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
