About the Job: Business Development Intern

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Business Development team as an Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our outreach efforts to key restaurant service partners, such as restaurant accountants, insurers, designers, and wholesalers, with the goal of promoting Gala Circle’s innovative restaurant management systems.

This internship is structured around learning and personal development, providing invaluable training and guidance designed to help you gain a deep understanding of the industry landscape and the intricacies of the sales cycle. Our primary focus for this role is educational and supportive, emphasizing your growth rather than mandatory sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, combining digital strategies, direct mail, and e-commerce tactics, to effectively attract restaurant owners.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, engaging website content, impactful social media posts, and persuasive email campaigns to promote Gala Circle’s services.
  • Engage directly with potential clients and decision-makers through offline channels, including attending community events, with a specific focus on the restaurant industry.
  • Build and meticulously maintain a list of potential vendor partners, supporting online outreach initiatives to expand collaboration opportunities.
  • Lead product demonstrations and assist in crafting tailored solutions for clients, providing comprehensive training and installation support for Gala Circle’s system.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive post-sales experience for our restaurant clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently enrolled university student or a recent graduate; candidates from all majors are welcome, with a preference for Marketing or Business Management backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a genuine willingness to engage with diverse individuals.
  • A keen interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus; a willingness to conduct client visits is preferred.

This is an Unpaid internship.
