• Team: Reports to Lead Vinyl Wrapper
• Mission: To meticulously prepare vehicles for high-quality vinyl wrapping.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Vehicle Cleaning: Wash and clean vehicles thoroughly, ensuring they are pristine and ready for wrapping.
• Vehicle Disassembly: Carefully break down vehicles for wrapping by removing trim, badges, mirrors, door handles, and other specified components.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area consistently clean and organized, promoting an efficient and safe environment.
• Wrapper Support: Assist the lead vinyl wrapper as needed throughout the preparation and wrapping process.
• Vehicle Handling: Efficiently move and stage vehicles within the shop.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career individual with a strong mechanical aptitude, demonstrated by comfort and proficiency in disassembling various vehicle components such as trim, badges, mirrors, and door handles without causing any damage. This foundational skill is critical for ensuring the integrity of the vehicle before the wrapping process begins.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license and an unblemished driving record are mandatory, as is reliable personal transportation to ensure consistent attendance and punctuality for shifts. Candidates must also be prepared to provide at least two professional or personal references upon request; for those new to the workforce, family members are acceptable as references.
• Skills: Key skills for this role include a meticulous attention to detail during cleaning and disassembly, the reliability to manage assigned tasks independently and consistently, and a genuinely positive attitude.
