The Tone:
This is a freelance opportunity with DataForce by TransPerfect, located remotely within the United States. DataForce by TransPerfect is part of a global language and technology solutions provider, specializing in gathering, enriching, and processing data for Machine Learning across various AI domains. This role offers photography enthusiasts a chance to contribute high-quality RAW images to cutting-edge AI and computer vision technologies, supporting the development of advanced systems while generating additional income.

The TL;DR

• Mission: Capture and submit high-quality, unedited RAW images that meet specific project specifications to support the development of advanced AI and computer vision technologies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Capture: Capture high-quality native RAW images, including individual unedited images and pairs of identical unedited photos with specific objects present or absent.
• Ensure: Ensure all submitted images are unedited, original, not AI-generated, aesthetically pleasing, and visually interesting with an intent behind the composition.
• Adhere: Adhere to location eligibility requirements for both public and non-public images.
• Maintain: Maintain a consistent weekly production target of a minimum of 400 images per week, equating to 20 RAW images per hour.
• Upload: Timely upload captured images to the designated working platform.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 18+ years old and a resident of the United States, specifically in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. Demonstrable photography experience is required.
• Experience: Ability to work independently and consistently meet productivity and throughput expectations. Preferred experience working as a company team member.
• Skills: Must own a full-frame mirrorless/DSLR or APS-C mirrorless/DSLR digital camera less than 5 years old. Must own a tripod. Must have reliable internet access for uploading large RAW files. Possesses a quality and detail-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Education or certification in the photography field and a strong portfolio are a plus. Resilient personality; proactively seeks opportunities to adjust based on feedback. Self-motivated, quick learner, and organized.
