This is a co-op position at FedEx, available in various on-site or hybrid locations. What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
• Engage: Participate in various networking and/or community service events to build professional connections.
• Analyze: Analyze, review, and make recommendations to improve business functions and processes.
• Apply: Work on projects to apply your field of study, gaining valuable real-world experience in a professional setting.
• Manage: Handle various tasks and changing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related quantitative discipline.
• Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. The role involves working productively both independently and as part of a team, handling various tasks and changing priorities.
• Skills: Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to communicate across business units and to all levels of management. Requires time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Bonus: Industrial Engineering majors are preferred, along with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
