What You’ll Actually Do
• Select Orders: Safely and accurately select a wide variety of cases within the freezer environment, ranging from 0 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring precise order fulfillment.
• Utilize Technology: Leverage advanced voice technology systems to efficiently navigate the selection process, receive real-time instructions, and confirm completed picks for each customer order.
• Operate Equipment: Skillfully operate an electric tugger to transport selected cases and other materials across the distribution center floor, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Maintain Performance Standards: Consistently maintain a fast and efficient work pace while upholding Labatt Food Service’s high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity throughout the shift.
• Contribute to Operations: Play a direct role in the high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment by contributing to the timely and correct supply of 14,000 items to customers.

• Background: This is an Entry Level position at Labatt Food Service, specifically designed for individuals with no prior experience in order selecting, warehouse operations, or related fields.
• Core Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to safely and accurately handle cases, perform duties effectively within a challenging freezer environment (0-10 degrees Fahrenheit), and consistently maintain a fast, efficient work pace while upholding quality standards.
• Eligibility: Candidates must provide valid, state-issued identification or a driver’s license and verifiable proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Bonus: Prior experience in any hands-on or physically demanding roles such as a warehouse worker, warehouse associate, package handler, order selector, manufacturing, factory worker, construction, general labor, laborer, landscaping, shipping and receiving, or material handler is highly valued.
