• Pay: $20 hourly
• Mission: Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property by adapting to diverse security missions, from patrols and surveillance to incident response and customer service.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Ensure security by continuously monitoring premises and conducting surveillance.
• Patrol: Conduct patrols to proactively identify and address any suspicious activity.
• Control Access: Manage access points, verifying identities to maintain secure entry.
• Respond: Act quickly and precisely to incidents, potential threats, or emergency situations.
• Report & Support: Write detailed reports on events and incidents, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with authorities when necessary.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED is required. This is an early career opportunity within GardaWorld Security Services, known for fostering career growth where many corporate employees started as frontline workers.
• Experience: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully complete an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended. No specific years of prior professional experience are explicitly required for this role.
• Skills: Quick thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, responsiveness, and the capacity to adapt to changing situations with agility and precision.
• Bonus: Prior professional experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred.
