What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor: Detect suspicious activity by continuously monitoring security systems.
• Document: Write detailed reports on observed events and incidents.
• Respond: Quickly address incidents or potential threats.
• Control: Manage access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Collaborate: Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED. This role requires foundational knowledge in security operations, focusing on surveillance and incident prevention.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years of age, authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver’s license. No specific years of experience are stated, but a proven ability to ace an extensive screening process is required.
• Skills: Strong report writing skills, sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration abilities, and strong proficiency with technology relevant to security systems.
