What You’ll Actually Do
• Select customer orders: Safely and accurately select individual cases of various products within a freezer environment, maintaining temperatures between 0-10 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Utilize voice technology: Engage with and accurately follow instructions provided through voice technology systems to identify and confirm correct product selections and locations.
• Operate material handling equipment: Skillfully operate an electric tugger to transport selected cases and navigate efficiently through the distribution center.
• Maintain productivity and quality: Consistently work at a fast pace to meet demanding selection targets while upholding the highest standards for product quality and order accuracy.
• Adhere to safety protocols: Ensure all selection and equipment operation activities are performed in strict adherence to company safety guidelines and procedures.

• Experience: No prior professional experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.
• Skills: Capability to operate an electric tugger; ability to utilize voice technology for task execution; strong focus on maintaining accuracy and high quality standards; physical resilience to work consistently in cold environments (0-10 degrees Fahrenheit).
• Bonus: Previous work history or experience in environments such as a warehouse worker, warehouse associate, package handler, order selector, manufacturing, factory worker, construction, general labor, laborer, landscaping, shipping and receiving, material handler, or any other job requiring manual dexterity and physical effort.
