• Mission: Support the Gaming and Esports department in sourcing new business, prospecting partners and creators, and providing market insights to grow commercial relationships within the gaming industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Provide meaningful insights and market research on the developing gaming and esports landscape.
• Prospect: Identify potential brand partners, create target lists for sales outreach, and support administrative tasks for the team.
• Analyze: Prospect potential creators and influencers, develop target lists, consolidate social channels, and analyze growth metrics.
• Project: Complete a summer-long research project on a specific topic, culminating in a presentation to the department.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program, or graduated from an accredited institution no earlier than July 2024.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in the gaming industry and a commitment to further developing relevant skills.
• Skills: Strong research capabilities, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
• Bonus: Submission of a 1-2 page writing sample from any college course.
