2026 Summer Intern: Enterprise Strategy

Aledade is actively recruiting for its 2026 Summer Intern program! This program offers interns the unique opportunity to receive guidance from senior leaders and engage in substantive, hands-on projects. These projects are designed to foster a deep understanding of Aledade’s overall operations and the complexities of the broader healthcare system.

The internship will commence on June 1st, 2026, and conclude after 10 weeks on August 7th, 2026.

About the Enterprise Strategy Intern Role

The Enterprise Strategy intern will work closely with the dedicated Enterprise Strategy team and approximately two Enterprise Anchor practice field teams. The primary objective of this collaboration will be to address performance challenges and identify opportunities for improvement within these practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing Performance Challenges: Conduct thorough research and data analysis to evaluate current practice performance challenges.
• Co-developing Enhancement Strategies: Collaborate to create strategies aimed at improving performance, boosting operational effectiveness, and enhancing practice satisfaction with Aledade as a partner. The specific focus will adapt to the evolving needs of the practices but may include work related to:
  • Core 4 workflow innovation.
  • Strategies for engaging stakeholders across organizations in Value-Based Care (VBC) initiatives (e.g., incentives, training).
  • Initiatives focused on practice stickiness and churn reduction.
• Creating Actionable Implementation Plans: Develop practical implementation plans that include defined metrics for tracking the impact and success of proposed strategies.

Beyond taking ownership of substantial projects, an Aledade Intern will also:

• Attend Cohort Meetings: Participate in regular meetings with a cohort of other Interns, where you will:
  • Hear insights from leaders across the company.
  • Engage in professional development programming.
  • Connect and collaborate with fellow Interns.
• Gain Executive Exposure: Have the opportunity to interact with senior executives and industry leaders, gaining valuable perspectives.
• Develop Expertise: Build expertise in critical areas such as healthcare policy, programming languages, business operations, Medicare, commercial payer contracts, and clinical workflows.
• Attend Relevant Events: Have the chance to attend pertinent events and training sessions within the healthcare field.
