Recruiting Coordinator – Kelly Services
Kelly Services is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Farmington, CT!
If you’re organized, people-focused, and interested in building experience in talent acquisition, this role places you at the center of a busy recruiting team. You’ll support the hiring process from job posting through interview coordination while helping manage internship recruiting and candidate communications. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or college students interested in starting a career in HR or recruiting.
What You’ll Do
- Post and maintain job openings in the applicant tracking system and update job descriptions as needed.
- Review and screen resumes, identifying qualified candidates for hiring managers.
- Conduct phone screens using a structured interview script.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support the internship hiring process and assist with intern program coordination.
- Help organize intern-related activities and events during the summer program.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system data.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Bring
- Interest in Human Resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems is a plus but not required.
- Previous internship, administrative, or HR exposure is helpful but not required.
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote)
- Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | 30–40 hours per week
- Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hr | Weekly Pay
- Duration: Long-Term Temporary
