What You’ll Actually Do
• Demand & Inventory: Support monthly demand forecasting and inventory planning processes.
• Supply Plan Execution: Assist in maintaining accurate supply plans, ensuring alignment with forecasts, promotional activities, and new product launches.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and escalate potential supply risks such as stockouts, excess inventory, and long lead times.
• S&OP Support: Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes through data preparation and reporting.
• Product Lifecycle: Assist with new product launch planning and phase-out strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field. Foundational understanding of forecasting concepts and inventory management principles.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or operations.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/HLOOKUPs, and general data analysis; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities; clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Bonus: Experience in the consumer goods or beauty industry. Experience working in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
