Level 1 Technician (Helper) – Data Center

This is an Entry Level Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgeville, SC, offering a pay rate of $20.00/hr. This is a fully onsite role.

Job Description Overview

We are seeking a Level 1 Technician (Helper) with minimal telecom experience to join our team at a data center. The ideal candidate will be highly trainable, possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a history of working in physically demanding environments. Dependability and attendance are paramount. This role offers significant growth opportunities for individuals looking to advance into leadership positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and route cabling throughout the data center.
• Assemble, stack, and drill racks.
• Scan, label, and port equipment.
• Support general installation tasks as directed by experienced technicians.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgeville, SC. This is a fully onsite position.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr. While under contract, the pay is fixed at $20/hr and could increase if the person moves into a leadership position (not guaranteed until FTE). This will most likely be a long-term contract with the ability to go direct as an FTE of Vision Technology once headcount becomes available.
