The role is crucial for supporting daily accounting operations, assisting with financial analysis, and performing reconciliations, contributing to the financial health and decision-making processes of the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests, and prepare customer invoices while assisting with collections on outstanding balances.
• General Ledger Support: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks, including preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.
• Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Compile financial data, support the preparation of management reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• System Usage: Work with multiple accounting and financial software platforms and utilize Excel for organizing and analyzing financial data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, Accounts Receivable/Payable, bookkeeping, or a related internship.
• Skills: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, with proficiency in Excel.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Excel functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables, and prior experience with accounting or ERP software.
