Enterprise Management Internship | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a temporary, full-time internship at Enterprise, located in Schenectady, NY and Amsterdam, NY. This role offers university/college students a chance to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills from day one in a team-based environment. This internship aims to help students stand out and gain professional experience that goes beyond a resume line.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Fleet Management: Manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop effective marketing strategies.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Project Completion: Use learned skills to complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be at least 18 years old and a student in a Bachelor’s degree program at a college/university, graduating between August 2026 and June of 2027.
• Experience: Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
• Skills: Must possess a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license with the ability to operate a motor vehicle. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship, be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during normal business hours (excluding religious observation), and live within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) applied to within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
