• Mission: Ensure high-quality delivery and maintenance of telecom and broadband services for clients.
• Tech Stack: Internet, video, voice, alarm systems, telecom and broadband technologies, tools, and equipment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Service Delivery: Install and maintain diverse telecom and broadband services, including internet, video, voice, and alarm systems, for both residential and commercial clients.
• Quality & Compliance: Perform stringent quality checks on all completed work, meticulously adhere to safety protocols, use proper PPE, and operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Technical Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers, ensuring seamless service continuity and enhancing their overall user experience.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate professionally with customers, clearly explaining services, thoughtfully addressing concerns, and educating them on product features and self-help options.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, equipment, and consumables, while staying updated on new technologies and identifying upgrade opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; this is an early-career position focused on essential technical work within telecom and broadband field operations.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience as a technician in telecom or broadband field operations, with direct experience in cable, internet, and voice service installations being a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively with effective time management.
• Bonus: Relevant technical certifications, particularly in alarm systems or router configurations, are highly desirable.
