What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain: Perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of automated equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, industrial robots, conveyors, sensors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and instrumentation.
• Diagnose: Rapidly diagnose equipment breakdowns, implement corrective actions, and document failures to prevent their recurrence.
• Support: Assist in the commissioning, calibration, and testing of new or upgraded automation systems under direct supervision.
• Interpret: Read and interpret various technical documents including electrical/mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and control drawings.
• Operate: Use hand tools and electrical test equipment, such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers, safely and effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with relevant technical experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or controls, gained through either practical experience or formal education.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience in the field, with internships and co-ops counting as valuable relevant experience.
• Skills: Basic familiarity with PLC platforms, HMIs, and ladder logic concepts; Practical experience or coursework involving electrical components, motors, sensors, pneumatics, and mechanical systems; Comfort using diagnostic/test equipment and following electrical/mechanical schematics.
