This is a full-time role at Bass Pro Shops / Cabela’s. The company supports extensive sales, service, and parts operations for boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs. This role is crucial for ensuring new and pre-owned products are meticulously prepared and efficiently moved, directly supporting customer satisfaction and dealership functionality. • Team: Supports TMBC Sales, Service, and Parts operations, reporting to the Service Manager or Service Lead.
• Mission: To perform detailing and transportation tasks for new and pre-owned boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs, ensuring products are ready for display, service, and customer pickup.
• Tech Stack: Forklift, Tractor

What You’ll Actually Do
• Detailing: Perform thorough washing, cleaning, waxing, and vacuuming of interiors and exteriors of boats for scheduled customer pickups, display, and service units.
• Product Movement: Participate in the unloading of incoming boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs using a forklift or tractor, then transport them to various areas within the dealership.
• Inventory & Staging: Confirm packing list or invoice details for all product deliveries and transport/stage customer boats and ATVs to service, rigging, and storage yards as necessary.
• Operational Support: Maintain an updated list of cleaning supplies, assist the Rigger and Service Specialist with PDI and VIN verification, and inform management of any unit concerns or required repairs.
• Facility & Customer Care: Perform grounds and facility maintenance to maintain a professional appearance, keep the work area neat and clean, and support world-class customer service standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School education or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience: Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, with ongoing verification of driving eligibility. Successful completion of a DOT physical may be required.
• Skills: Ability to safely operate forklifts and tractors; accurate basic math calculations; professional and friendly communication with customers and fellow outfitters; ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
