What You’ll Actually Do
• Document: Document manufacturing test requirements based on customer needs.
• Implement: Document the design implementation of test solutions.
• Develop: Write test software using National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Support: Assist with the assembly and debug of testers and fixtures.
• Validate: Perform verification and validation activities for test systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a 4-year engineering degree ideally in Software, Electrical, or Computer engineering. Physics with an electrical focus or Computer Science with hardware experience may also be considered.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints. Proven aptitude to use or rapidly learn to use various test equipment for manufacturing and validation purposes.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities for effective teamwork and independent work. Strong capacity for methodical problem-solving and rapid learning. High level of attention to detail and creativity in identifying and implementing technical solutions.
• Bonus: Strong preference for working knowledge of National Instruments LabVIEW for test software development.
