About The Internship: Business Development Intern

We are actively building our foundational class of Business Development Interns. This critical team will play a pivotal role in supporting our ambitious expansion into new markets. This is a truly hands-on opportunity designed for individuals eager to gain practical, real-world experience in B2B sales within a rapidly growing media and real estate technology company.

You will not be observing; you will be actively contributing. Interns will be instrumental in building sales pipelines, engaging directly with key decision-makers, and making measurable contributions to our revenue growth. This internship is an ideal fit for competitive, coachable students who are passionate about pursuing careers in sales, media, real estate, or entrepreneurship.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage with property owners, operators, and management groups.
  • Support comprehensive lead generation and market research efforts across designated target territories.
  • Build and meticulously manage prospect lists utilizing various tools, including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and industry-specific databases.
  • Assist in the execution of cold outreach campaigns via both email and phone.
  • Qualify leads effectively and schedule meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Track all activity and performance metrics diligently within the CRM system.
  • Actively participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions to enhance skills and contribute to team goals.

Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate or a graduating senior currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • A strong communicator with the confidence and ability to engage effectively with industry professionals, particularly within the real estate space.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and highly motivated by performance metrics and success.
  • Organized with exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach activities and thrives in a high-activity, dynamic environment.
  • Coachable and genuinely eager to receive and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience in sales, leadership roles, athletics, or any customer-facing position is a significant plus.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency is preferred.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: Summer 2026 (flexible on start date).
  • Schedule: Full-time preferred (Monday – Friday).
  • Location: Opportunities available in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco.
  • Compensation: $20 per hour + Commission.
