About the Role
This Marketing Coordinator role is integral to supporting the Marketing Manager – Specialty in executing integrated marketing campaigns. The primary objective is to drive patient acquisition and enhance the visibility of our physicians and specialty service lines. You will assist with campaign coordination, project management, reporting, and the day-to-day marketing execution across various specialty lines and channels.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign & Project Support
- Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, email, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and creative requests to ensure smooth execution.
- Track campaign tasks and status updates efficiently using project management tools (Asana preferred).
- Support the distribution of campaign assets across all relevant platforms.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with channel marketers (digital, email, design, content) to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution.
- Assist with gathering feedback, approvals, and final deliverables from internal stakeholders.
- Physician & Specialty Marketing Support
- Assist with creating and updating marketing materials that effectively promote our physicians and specialty services.
- Help gather essential service line and physician information required for marketing materials.
- Support the coordination of specialty marketing needs for individual practices and clinics.
- Performance Tracking, Reporting & Research
- Track campaign performance across various channels and provide concise summary updates to the Marketing Manager.
- Assist with ROI tracking and the preparation of comprehensive reporting.
- Support competitor research, trend tracking, and the compilation of market insight summaries.
- Expense Tracking + Vendor Support
- Assist with tracking invoices, media schedules, vendor deliverables, and proof of performance documentation.
- Support vendor coordination by confirming deadlines, deliverables, and asset submission requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Asana (or a similar project management platform).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and the healthcare marketing environment.
- Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and the ability to pull basic analytics/reporting metrics.
