What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Extract, review, and process invoices with appropriate approval workflows.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Code and audit corporate credit card transactions and cardholder receipts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper expense classification.
  • Maintain vendor files including W-9s and banking information.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 1+ year of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience working in multi-entity or multi-location organizations.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with ERP or P2P systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Coupa, Bill.com).
  • Healthcare industry experience.
