Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key product line within our portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of the customer, the strategist for the business, and the guide for our engineering and design teams. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that delight users and achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong leadership to drive product innovation and market success.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for your product area, aligning with company-wide goals, market opportunities, and customer needs.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and innovative solutions.
• Roadmap Development & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap based on strategic initiatives, business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact. Communicate roadmap updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Requirements Definition: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. Foster a collaborative and agile environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product iterations and strategic adjustments.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement materials to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers or team members, fostering a culture of product excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B SaaS products or complex digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to post-launch optimization and deprecation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a product strategy that drives significant business impact and achieves measurable results.
• Proficiency in using data analytics, user research, and A/B testing to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, data analytics platforms, or specific industry verticals relevant to InnovateTech Solutions (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, MarTech).
• Comfortable navigating technical discussions with engineering teams, understanding architectural trade-offs, and contributing to technical problem-solving.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring or managing other product professionals.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar.
