Job Description
FedEx Co-Op Program: Fall 2026 (Engineering)
As a FedEx Co-Op, you will engage in projects designed to provide valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment, directly related to your field of study. This co-op is the first of 2-3 anticipated rotations, working 40 hours/week, with an anticipated start date of August 24th, 2026.
Essential Functions
- Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts on the business and/or customer experience.
- Participate in various networking and/or community service events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university.
- GPA: 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Preferred Degree: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related quantitative discipline.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
- Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate across business units and to all levels of management.
- Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay:
- Undergraduates: $25/hour
- Graduates: $30/hour
- Relocation Stipend: A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an on-site or hybrid internship or co-op experience.
