About the Job: Junior Project Manager
PumasAI is seeking an organized, adaptive, and growth-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves supporting a diverse range of initiatives, including PumasAI’s education, training, and product enablement programs, as well as our consulting services projects. From initiation through to completion, the ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating people and processes to ensure projects are delivered efficiently—on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined objectives.
This multifaceted position combines essential project management duties with critical event and resource coordination, alongside vital operational support. The Junior Project Manager will leverage strong organizational and program management skills to develop comprehensive project plans, prioritize tasks, monitor and manage project budgets, and effectively liaise with various internal departments such as Accounting, Business Development, and Marketing, as required.
Responsibilities
Training & Program Coordination
- Support the planning and seamless delivery of educational programs, including workshops, webinars, and other events.
- Coordinate all logistics such as scheduling, platform setup, material preparation, and session configuration.
- Assist with participant workflows, encompassing registrations, attendance tracking, access assignments, and crucial post-event follow-ups.
- Help collect valuable feedback, maintain meticulously organized records, and support basic reporting for all training activities.
- Provide support to instructors and contributors through scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
- Assist with maintaining and updating training materials and related website content.
- Help triage and follow up on training-related support requests promptly.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing and Business Development teams on training announcements and event communications to ensure broad reach.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between instructors, subject-matter experts, and internal stakeholders.
Project Management
- Support the creation and maintenance of essential project documentation, including project summaries, schedules, status updates, and meeting notes.
- Help maintain comprehensive project plans and diligently track tasks, potential risks, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing detailed agendas, and sharing concise notes and action items.
- Monitor project progress closely and proactively escalate any issues or risks as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Business Operations
- Assist with preparing basic project and performance reports, including timelines, key metrics, and summaries of issues.
- Help ensure that all projects adhere strictly to established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Actively participate in process improvement efforts by providing constructive feedback and assisting with the documentation of improvements.
- Support audits or reviews as needed, under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, education administration, event management, or similar support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in project management or operational support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Planner, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in fast-paced or technical environments.
- Efficient communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical teams; strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential.
