Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
- Partner closely with clients to assist in filling urgent and critical position(s).
- Connect clients with qualified candidates, leading to successful placements.
- Proficiently use recruiting tools and materials to optimize the search process.
- Conduct high outbound activity to source and qualify both clients and candidates.
- Screen and prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers between clients and candidates.
- Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates to ensure quality placements.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
- Must be comfortable establishing and nurturing relationships over the phone.
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset in all interactions.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- A degree is preferred but not required.
- Successful completion of gpac training and all associated training requirements.
