Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner closely with clients to assist in filling urgent and critical position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates, leading to successful placements.
• Proficiently use recruiting tools and materials to optimize the search process.
• Conduct high outbound activity to source and qualify both clients and candidates.
• Screen and prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers between clients and candidates.
• Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates to ensure quality placements.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing and nurturing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset in all interactions.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all associated training requirements.
