About the Program

This is a dynamic and challenging 2-year full-time rotational program designed for bright, passionate, and ambitious early career professionals in engineering or supply chain. Participants will embark on a structured journey through Engineering Research & Development, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful projects.

The program consists of multiple six-month rotations, offering diverse exposure across various Copeland locations. While the majority of assignments will be within the United States, there is an exciting potential for an international assignment, providing a truly global perspective and invaluable professional growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Upcoming or recent university undergraduates and early career professionals with an educational focus and passion in engineering, or supply chain.
  • Academic Achievement: A minimum graduation GPA of 3.0 is required.
  • Prior Experience: Demonstrated experience through previous co-op or internships that included leading projects and collaborating effectively across functions or teams.
  • Mobility & Flexibility: Ability and willingness to relocate and work at various Copeland locations for each six-month rotation. Most assignments will be within the United States, with potential for an international assignment.
  • Program Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 2-year rotational program.
  • Availability: Ability to start the program on June 15, 2026.
  • Work Authorization: Legal Authorization to work in the United States. Please note that sponsorship will not be provided for these roles.
