Role Description

As we are currently in our crucial pre-launch phase, we are actively seeking a sharp, creative, and highly organized Founding Marketing Intern to join our team at the ground floor. This is an unparalleled opportunity that goes far beyond typical intern duties; you will be an integral part of our founding team. You will work directly with the company founders, gaining invaluable, real-world exposure to the intricate process of building a modern Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brand from its inception to market launch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive support for our social media strategy and execution across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create and edit engaging short-form video content, including Reels, behind-the-scenes glimpses, founder moments, and compelling product storytelling.
  • Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of our content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic content flow.
  • Help draft compelling captions for social media, persuasive email marketing copy, and essential launch materials.
  • Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends within the wellness, CPG, and food & beverage industries to inform our strategy.
  • Support influencer outreach initiatives and assist in establishing early brand partnerships.
  • Participate actively in founder email threads and contribute meaningful insights to marketing strategy conversations.
  • Provide support for scheduling, coordination, and light operational tasks as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Possess a genuine passion for wellness, the CPG industry, and/or the food & beverage space.
  • Demonstrate a strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and visual appeal.
  • Comfortable and proficient in navigating and utilizing various social media platforms.
  • Exhibit clear, confident, and effective written communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-starting, and exceptionally organized.
  • Excited by the dynamic environment of startups and the unique challenge of building something impactful from scratch.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with any of the following tools or platforms: AI platforms, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, or Meta Ads.
