We have an extremely robust board of directors, including but not limited to: the former U.S. & Canadian CEO of UBS, the former Chief Audit Executive of KKR, the former Vice President/General Counsel at Amgen, and many others with extensive expertise across Mergers & Acquisitions and Healthcare.

We plan to execute an IPO in 4-5 years at a $2B valuation or higher. We have large goals to hit for this year and beyond, and are seeking motivated Salespeople to help us achieve these goals.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of over 1,000 potential deals. Regularly track and update opportunities to ensure consistent progress toward company goals.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Spend the majority of your time reaching out to new prospects through cold calls and other outreach methods. Develop your ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers and generate interest in Dioun Health’s acquisition opportunities.
  • Qualify and Convert Deals: Conduct effective conversations to determine if prospects are a good fit for acquisition. Convert at least 50% of engaged leads into actionable opportunities for the next step in the acquisition process.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Keep detailed analytics on pipeline size, call volume, conversions, and deal progress. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the President and Vice President to ensure seamless deal flow. Support the team with tasks like CRM updates, email newsletters, and strategic initiatives.

  • Commission Structure: 2.5% of the deal’s purchase price in cash. (The minimum purchase price tends to be around $1,000,000, and there is no maximum).
    Example: If we purchase a company for $4,000,000 then your commission would be $100,000 (which you would receive once the deal closes).
