About the Job: Junior Account Executive
Thrive Los Angeles is a rapidly expanding outsourced sales company, dedicated to crafting bespoke B2B sales strategies for small businesses on behalf of our diverse clientele. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our success, managing the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to successfully closing accounts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth for small to mid-sized business accounts, building robust client relationships, and delivering tailored sales solutions within a high-performance, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective strategies for account acquisition and ongoing management through proactive business-to-business sales initiatives.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate, build, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients within your designated territory.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Confidently deliver compelling sales pitches and conduct informative product demonstrations for prospective accounts.
- Prospecting & Closing: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting new leads to successfully negotiating and closing deals, thereby driving new revenue.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all leads, sales activities, and client interactions within our CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Ambition & Drive: Possess a strong desire to succeed, a keen eagerness to learn, and a commitment to growth within a fast-paced sales environment. You are motivated to embrace challenges and exceed sales targets.
- Entry-Level Experience: While prior sales experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. We seek individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a strong willingness to learn and develop their skills.
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to communicate confidently, build rapport, and engage effectively with a diverse range of clients, from small business owners to senior executives.

- Other Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred, along with experience in a customer-facing role.
