What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Make outbound calls to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election
• Handle inbound and outbound contacts professionally and courteously
• Resolve customer issues by understanding needs and coordinating with other departments
• Document and process customer claims accurately in the appropriate systems
• Attend meetings and training to stay up-to-date on program changes and requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with data entry utilizing a computer
• Fluent in reading and speaking English
• Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields in a contact center environment
• Experience working from home
• Familiarity with state or federal work environments
