Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee (MT), you will immediately begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch location. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, representing the Enterprise brand.
- Mastering operational expertise behind the scenes.
- Engaging in a structured program to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to manage your own branch.
- Cultivating new business opportunities and developing your team.
- Receiving hands-on guidance, mentoring, and support for success.
- Establishing community relationships vital for business growth.
- Excelling in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Leadership/Management
- Driving Record: Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- DUI/DWI History: No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from Enterprise Mobility now or in the future.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
