Job Description

Preferred Qualifications & Areas of Focus:

  • Digital Onboarding: Re-imagine digital onboarding experiences from shopping to applying, set-up, and use across consumer and small business customers.
  • Adoption: Increase digital adoption by building solutions to migrate self-serve transactions from physical Stores to digital platforms through frictionless digital experiences.
  • Engagement: Create hyper-personalized and relevant interactions through nudges, SMS, and in-app offers that drive customer value and increase shareholder value.
  • AI Enablement: Leverage leading technologies to create Intelligent Virtual Assistants capable of servicing and guiding customers based on transactions and interactions across the mobile app.
