Paycom Junior Executive Internship
The Paycom Junior Executive Internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain real-world exposure to the diverse elements contributing to success within a fast-paced sales office environment. Compensation & Benefits
- This position offers an hourly rate of $24.00.
- Interns are not eligible for benefits.
Responsibilities
- Extensive Sales Training: Participate in comprehensive training sessions covering pre-call planning, in-depth analysis, and professional presentation preparation.
- Client Prospecting: Actively identify and qualify potential new clients during dedicated weekly prospecting sessions.
- Inbound Call Management: Efficiently manage and respond to inbound phone calls from companies interested in discussing the Paycom solution.
- Quote Generation: Utilize our internal database to accurately create and issue quotes for leads originating from potential clients.
- Collaborative Sales Cycle Engagement: Work collaboratively with your office sales manager, intern program manager, and a team of sales representatives to observe and understand a deal through its entire sales cycle.
- Performance Tracking: Meticulously track and record all prospecting activities, generated leads, scheduled meetings, and daily tasks.
- Weekly Professional Development: Attend and participate in weekly professional development and specialized sales training presentations.
- Travel & In-Person Meetings: Travel to the local Paycom sales office and the surrounding area for in-person sales meetings, requiring reliable transportation.
