About the Internship: Talent Acquisition Intern

This comprehensive journey spans from initial talent market research and requisition strategy to partnering directly with business leaders and continuously improving the overall candidate experience.
As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you won’t just observe recruiting—you’ll actively help shape how it works. You’ll gain valuable exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle and apply a robust research and user-experience lens to build essential tools, insights, and resources. These contributions will directly strengthen how we attract, evaluate, and ultimately hire top talent across our dynamic organization.

Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing):
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with crucial competitor and talent market research, including detailed role mapping and organizational structure analysis.
- Gain invaluable hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial intake and strategic sourcing to efficient interview coordination and critical offer decisions.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive SharePoint-based Talent Acquisition knowledge hub, serving as a centralized repository for recruiting resources, templates, and vital market insights.
- Partner directly with recruiters to deeply understand specific role requirements, identify current hiring challenges, and track emerging workforce trends.
- Prepare insightful summaries, clear dashboards, and engaging presentations that effectively translate research findings into actionable recruiting strategies and insights.
- Actively participate in essential recruiting meetings, valuable training sessions, and crucial cross-functional HR discussions, contributing your perspectives.
Potential Projects:
- Development of competitor organizational charts and detailed role mapping for priority positions.
- Design and systematic organization of a centralized TA SharePoint knowledge repository.
- Creation of comprehensive talent market research summaries categorized by role, function, or geographical location.
- Documentation of essential processes to support recruiting best practices and ensure consistent execution.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Human-Centered Design
- UX Design
- Information Science
- Psychology
- Business Analytics
- Human Resources
- Or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated strong research, organization, and communication skills.
- Comfort and proficiency working with data, documentation, and creating professional presentations.
- A solid GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Nice To Have (But Not Required):
- Prior experience with wireframing or process mapping.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for content organization and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for structured data analysis.
- Experience using survey tools such as Microsoft Forms.
Hourly Rate: $25.00
